Farmhouse on January 3rd

Well, as you can see there has been a huge deal of progress made on the farm house renovation we are in the middle of. Looking back through these photos has really made me realize how quickly this whole thing is going and how great the house is going to look when it is all completed. The photos from back in July are before any work had been started on the house. As you can see the house was livable, but out of date and not exactly in the best of shape. Photos from top to bottom show the back porch, looking up the stairwell & standing in the dinning room looking into the kitchen. By December 12th the demolition was well underway. Photos from top to bottom show George's bedroom, the Master Bedroom/Bath & looking up the stairwell with the new 2nd bathroom roughed in. By December 28th the demo was pretty much all wrapped up and the new framing had begun. Photos show from top to bottom back porch with new framing for expanded master bath and relocated closet, again looking up the stairwell and an outside shot showing the dormer where the new 2nd bath was added. And as of yesterday the new vinyl windows were in place, the plumbing was roughed in with the tub and shower set in place and more new framing was beginning. Photos show the roughed in plumbing in the kitchen, the front of the house with the new windows and the new exterior doors (prior to mounting).
