"Nice and Shine"

George has created his own version of the classic morning wake up call "Rise and Shine" to coax Annie and I out of bed in the mornings. Once George has decided that the time has come (and yes, this time is determined by George and George alone) for Annie and me to get up he charges (and yes, I literally mean that he charges) into the bed room yelling ... "Momma time to wake up. It's a beautiful day. The sun is shining. Nice and Shine!!" and as much as I want to be mad at him for waking us up I can't because it's just so cute. Just in case you are wondering today was a "Nice and Shine" morning and I must say it does appear to be another beautiful day.

    He is surely right this morning, it is a "nice and shine" day but extra sleep is always nice.

    Can't wait to get home and enjoy the last part of a "nice and shine" day. I'm sure he's ready for some SOCCER tomorrow! Sounds like it will be another "nice and day"...

    It was a "Nice and Shine" day here..much like George..Nik announces this in another language..such as pacing the floor by the bed..grooming himself which sounds like a room of elephants..so Nice and Shine it was!!
