George & Levi "stacking square bales"...they both have great imaginations!!

Gran (my mom) with the kids...Annie was having a blast watching (and laughing) at George acting crazy (like always!!).

George wanted to take a picture of his Momma, sister and Gran...like most of his pictures it turned out pretty good.

Another shot of Annie with Gran...she's still laughing at George (I think he was rolling around on the porch at this point!!).
Saturday was a day full of activity. Levi and George were up by 7am and had eaten breakfast and changed the oil in Levi's car before I got up at 8am (sleepy head Annie didn't get up until almost 9am). Levi, George and Steve/Pa (Levi's dad) decided to try and get the square hay baler back into working condition after last years fire (one of the bearings caught fire while they were in the middle of a hay field), so that hopefully we can take advantage of the amazing hay year we are having by baling and selling some square bales. Annie and I took Memphis for his morning walk and then the three of us headed over to see if the "boys" need any help and/or encouragement. By lunch time there wasn't much progress, but they had some "ideas" to try after lunch. So, the "boys" (minus George who was having his "quiet time") headed back out after lunch to have another go at the baler. Soon after they left my mom came over for a visit (and a little guidance with Memphis...she's an obedience instructor with a local dog club). Then she, Annie and I took Memphis for another walk while George slept at his Grandmas. After the walk George was up, so he came over to entertain us all with his antics. After a good visit with Gran she headed home and Annie and I headed in for a short break. Not too long into the break I heard what I thought to be George screaming...turns out it was George screaming due to the fact that he had sprayed WD40 into his eye. Levi came running into the house with George in his arms and immediately took him to the sink to start flushing his eye with water. I picked up the phone to call the pediatrician, who directed me to call Poison Control. Long story short...they said that it should be fine after a good flush, but to watch it and call back if he had any pain or vision changes...luckily he had neither. After all of that excitement we decided to head to our favorite pizza joint for dinner. Levi and I have decided that with George's eye luck it will be a miracle if he can see by the time he is 18...hopefully his luck will change!! So, as you can see Saturday was a busy day, but it was just another day in our life.
Was it the same eye?
