Our new 10 week-old Aussie hasn't gotten much use out of this yet (the weather has been really nice, so he has preferred to lie in the grass), but we are very pleased with the fit in the dog house...it's perfect...and it appears to be made very well, so we are looking forward to it lasting a good, long while. We haven't cleaned it yet, but I think it will be very easy to do so when the time comes. The pad feels very comfortable to me, but it is a bit thinner than I was expecting. If this pad preforms and lasts as I expect it to, I would recommend it to anyone.
On a side note...it was delivered very quickly even using the standard shipping.
